Privacy Policy

CV. World Padel Indonesia ("World Padel") runs the Padel Score app, the open play points program and the WhatsApp chatbot. Contact: worldpadel.indo@gmail.com.

Data we keep

• Your points name (nickname) and, for players who redeem points or chat with the bot, your mobile number.
• Match scores, points history and reward redemptions.
• A log of messages sent to the WhatsApp bot (number, command, time).

Mobile numbers are never shown on public pages.

Why we use it

To count open play points, let you redeem rewards, and answer your WhatsApp messages. Messages are carried by the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long

For as long as the points program runs. After that we keep only what is needed for our records.

Delete your data

Email worldpadel.indo@gmail.com (or message the admin at the venue) with your points name or mobile number. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days.

Data yang kami simpan

• Skor pertandingan, riwayat poin, dan penukaran hadiah.
• Catatan pesan ke bot WhatsApp (nomor, perintah, waktu).

Nomor HP tidak pernah ditampilkan di halaman publik.

Untuk apa

Menghitung poin open play, menukar hadiah, dan membalas pesan WhatsApp Anda. Pesan dikirim lewat WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Data tidak dijual maupun dibagikan ke pihak ketiga.

Berapa lama

Selama program poin berjalan. Setelah itu hanya disimpan seperlunya untuk arsip.

Hapus data Anda

Kirim email ke worldpadel.indo@gmail.com (atau sampaikan ke admin di lokasi) dengan menyebut nama poin atau nomor HP Anda. Data dihapus atau dianonimkan dalam 30 hari.
